Sample Fieldwork Assignments

"TWC is extremely helpful when it comes to identifying the organizations that will be present at the convention and matching them with students based on their interests.”
—Miranda Wade, 2008 National Convention Seminar participant, Ohio Northern University

"Witnessing the RNC from the floor, feet from the stage, was an eye-opening learning experience. The seminar really brings out those experiences that couldn’t happen in a classroom."
—Matthew Knoedler, 2012 National Convention Seminar participant, Clarion University

"When The Washington Center seminar presented itself, recognizing an opportunity like this only comes once in a college career, I jumped on it. I’m fortunate I went on what could very well be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity."
